Thank you for shopping with Custom Steel Designs. Because every item is made to order and personalized, our shipping process includes both production time and delivery time. Please read the policy below for full details.

🛠️ Order Production Time

All of our products are crafted from high-quality 16-gauge steel and powder coated for indoor/outdoor durability. Every piece is custom laser cut to order.

Production Time: Typically 5–7 business days
(Please allow additional time during peak holiday seasons.)

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is in production and again when it ships.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Time: Estimated 3–7 business days after production
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location and item size
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships

We do not currently offer international shipping.

🧾 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Contact us at support@customsteeldesigns.com within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery)
Include your order number and photos of any damage (for replacements or claims)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

While we strive to meet all timelines, Custom Steel Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather or natural events
Supply chain disruptions
High seasonal demand
