Custom Steel Designs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) creates personalized metal art made to order. We are committed to quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using our services.

2. Personalization Policy

All products are made-to-order and customized based on the information you provide.

  • Please double-check spelling, dates, and other custom fields before placing your order.

  • No refunds or returns are issued for incorrect personalization submitted by the customer.

  • If we make an error on your customization, we will remake and ship your item at no cost.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Production Time: Orders typically take 5–7 business days to be crafted.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you once your item ships.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen disruptions.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because each item is custom made, all sales are final.

Exceptions may apply if:

  • Your item arrives damaged in shipping (must be reported within 7 days with photos), or

  • We made a mistake in your customization

5. Safe Handling Disclaimer

Our products are crafted from 16-gauge steel and designed for durability. While all pieces are precision cut and finished, metal signs may have naturally sharp points or edges.

By purchasing from Custom Steel Designs, you agree to:

  • Use due care when unpacking or installing your item

  • Keep products out of reach of small children

  • Use appropriate mounting hardware and tools

  • Accept responsibility for safe handling and installation

We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow basic safety precautions.

6. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Each piece is individually laser cut and powder coated. As a result:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur

  • The final product may differ slightly from listing images (especially personalized items)

  • Mockups are for display purposes only and may not reflect exact scale or spacing

These variations are part of the character of custom metal art and are not considered defects.

7. Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Submit fraudulent or misleading information

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our designs or website content

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of misuse or fraud.
